Disconnect a single ad account
Sign in to Blackbox and visit Data → Connectors. Click the connector for the ad account, then choose Disconnect or Remove. Disconnect revokes our access while keeping synced history; Remove deletes the connector and all data we've synced from that account.
Delete your entire account
To delete your Blackbox account and all associated data — connected ad accounts, synced campaign metrics, uploaded files, recommendations, and audit logs — email hello@blackbox.plus from the email address registered on your Blackbox account with the subject "Delete my Blackbox account". We process the deletion within 14 days and confirm once complete.
Data shared with Meta
Blackbox connects to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Marketing API via OAuth and only reads or writes data on your explicit instruction. We don't store your Facebook profile data — only the access token (encrypted) and the campaign data you've authorised us to read. Disconnecting the Meta connector in Blackbox revokes the access token and removes all Meta-derived data we hold.
Confirmation
All deletion requests are tracked. Once data is removed we email confirmation to the registered address. For platform-side data (e.g. inside Meta, Snapchat or TikTok), follow each platform's own deletion process.
